You may order goods in a variety of ways, the easiest of which is online ordering : simply click on the ADD TO BASKET icon (the item will be added to your shopping list); and when you have finished shopping, click on the CHECKOUT icon. After that, simply follow the instructions.

Alternatively, you may order offline by : (1) e-mailing us; (2) faxing us; (3) telephoning us; or (4) writing to us. For offline ordering please see the CONTACTING US page.

Whichever method you choose, the information we require to fulfil your order is the same :
  • stock number and short description of the item

  • your name and address; your e-mail address; your fax number (if appropriate); and your telephone number

  • how you wish to pay

    ENGRAVINGS

    Engravings of Initials, Names, Crests, Coats of Arms or indeed virtually anything of a descriptive or pictorial nature [for example, even a black & white drawing of a building which can be scanned] can be made on virtually any piece of silver - size permitting.
    Payment for this can NOT be made on the website payment pages so please advise us of your requirements and we will effect a quotation by return. Costs are approximately £15.00 set up fee per item [or for any number of identical items] plus 0.95p per letter/digit/symbol etc.[Excluding VAT]
